Jillian Conlon has senior responsibility for modeling and quantitative analysis at BroadRiver. From 2004 to 2009, Ms. Conlon was at Goldman Sachs in several roles including Real Estate Strategy and Longevity Markets. During her tenure in real estate, she was responsible for financial projections and analysis of Goldman Sachs’s real estate portfolio, including its $1.2 billion global headquarters project in Battery Park City.
In 2007, following Goldman Sachs’s creation of Eastport Capital Corp., Ms. Conlon joined the Longevity Markets Group, where she participated in the design, structuring, trading and distribution of various life contingent assets, including QxX, various mortality derivatives and life settlements. Ms. Conlon graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Seton Hall University.
