Andrew Feldman is Chief Legal Officer of BroadRiver and advises the firm on legal and compliance matters and on business initiatives.
Prior to joining BroadRiver, Mr. Feldman was Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Crossbow Capital Management in London from 2013 to 2014 and of Chichester Capital Management in New York from 2009 to 2013. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Feldman was Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer of Proxima Alfa Investments (USA) LLC (formerly VegaPlus Capital Partners (USA) LLC) and a member of its risk and operations committees. From 1993 to 2005, Mr. Feldman was an attorney with Citigroup in New York. At Citigroup, Mr. Feldman principally advised Citigroup Alternative Investments’ hedge fund business and previously was Smith Barney’s senior equity capital markets lawyer. Prior to joining Citigroup, Mr. Feldman was a compliance counsel for Salomon Brothers in New York and Hong Kong from 1992 to 1993 and a corporate associate with the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York from 1989 to 1991. He was a Fulbright Professional Research Fellow in Japan from 1988 to 1989 and an attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. from 1983 to 1988, initially in the Division of Market Regulation and then as Counsel to Commissioner Aulana L. Peters.
Mr. Feldman received a J.D. from the University of North Carolina and a B.A. in History from Cornell University.
